Spencer Ballard

Spencer joined Swyft Property Care in 2023 as a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining Swyft Property Care, he worked as a Leasing Agent and then as an Assistant Property Manager. Spencer strives to provide quality customer service and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner.

Spencer attended Maple Woods Community College and obtained an associate degree in general studies.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, working out, reading, and spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends.
